(1) According to Rule 5, the indictment brought to be registered before the tribunal shall be checked by the prosecutor who has not complied with the procedure and if it has been complied with, it shall be registered.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if it is found that the item is not ready or not suitable for registration, it should be returned to the person who brought it for registration, and if it is not suitable for registration, the reason should be stated and returned to the person who brought it for registration.
